I requested a payout. Have my funds been paid out? When will I receive the payout?
After the 14 day hold on a transaction has passed, you can have it paid out. It can either be paid out automatically if the amount of available funds is more than your automatic payout amount, or if you can request a payout by clicking on the Pay Me Now button.
Direct deposits take 5 to 7 business days, in other words 5 to 7 weekdays, not counting holidays. We do not process payouts on Saturdays and Sundays. If you don't receive your direct deposit within that time, please call us. It's possible that you may have made an error in the bank information you entered on the direct deposit form. In that case, the payout will bounce back to us and we'll contact you to let you know that the payout information is incorrect and that you need to correct it and tell us you've updated the information.
Mailed checks are sent by regular postal mail. They take approximately 10 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. That can amount to two weeks. If you don't receive a check within that period of time, please call us at 1-877-769-3836. We'll verify that the check hasn't been cashed. We'll then cancel it and send a new one after verifying that your address is correct.
Wire transfers take 1 to 2 business days. As with direct deposits, if the bank account information is wrong, the wire transfer will bounce back to us and we'll contact you.
